THE STUDIOS

THE STUDIO A peaceful, modern home that concentrates all living needs in one open space. It is comprised of one spacious room -efficiently distributing the living area, dining area, kitchen and storage space- and a big bathroom.	A terrace of up to 9 sqm., a 3 sqm. balcony or a french balcony can be chosen for all of the studios, to take some fresh air or enough to organize an outside lounge sitting area and have your own garden in the middle of the city.	The kitchen is fully equipped and includes dishwasher and microwave or convection oven.
Leather sofa-beds of the highest quality materials and orthopedic, undeformable mattresses provide a space-saving solution without sacrificing comfort.	Wardrobes with plenty of storage space are provided. Other amenities include 42" flat-screen Full HD TV.	The bathroom is very spacious and includes a bathtub/shower, WC, bidet and towel warmer.
